Tap Shower Radio Review

I have something fun that I'd like to share with you today, especially since it's a Friday and we're headed towards the Christmas season. It's this...the Tap Shower Radio and it can be found at the Paramount Zone website here! They have some really interesting things there for gift-giving or you may want to pick up something for yourself. There are stocking fillers for men, women, and children. I really enjoy scrolling through their site to see the clever and fun gadgets that they have there. The people at Paramount Zone sent this cool little radio to me so that I could try it out and I have to say...I like this radio a lot.

I don't know if I've mentioned it here before, but I love to sing, however, I can't carry a tune or even one note in a bucket ;-) However, my lack of singing skills has never put me off of trying to sing. So this little radio is right up my alley. I can do the classic singing in the shower thing, but I can also enjoy it while I'm fiddling around with my face in the bathroom mirror. Since it has this handy suction cup, I am able to position it in a good spot so that I can sing my little heart out whether I'm in the shower or not. Another plus is that it's blue...my favorite color!

With this little radio it's easy to tune into your favorite AM/FM radio stations. It's designed in an interesting way in order to resemble a 'tap' or 'faucet' that you might find in your bathroom. The radio is waterproof and it's battery operated. You just stick it onto one of your bathroom tiles using the large suction cup on the base. I positioned mine near the sink actually and the sound carries fine with quite good reception. The volume is very good, so you can play your music turned up as loud as you like it, or you can turn it down for a more mellow vibe.

You'll need to supply your own AA batteries. It takes two batteries, but once you have them in there, you're good to go! The radio measures 12.2 x 12.3 x 11.5 cm and in inches that's approximately 5 inches x 5 inches x 4 1/2 inches. So it's a good size without being too large or too small. It's just right.

I'd definitely recommend this shower radio. And one of the best things about it is that it's very reasonably priced at just £4.99 (approximately $8 US dollars).
