Food Spotlight: Stacey Solomon Teams Up With Nisha Katona In The Kitchen

Former X Factor and I'm A Celebrity star Stacey Solomon has joined forces with Nisha Katona, one of Britain's leading Indian chefs, to spice up and add a little variety to traditional British dishes, such as shepherd's pie. Their aim is to encourage mothers or anyone who is making meals for their families, to try cooking keema, which is made from lamb mince. It's a quick and easy way to serve healthy, delicious meals that your family will love.

Keema is inspired by South Asian cuisine and it's a tasty way to change your everyday meals into something special. I know how it is to make seemingly the same meals day in and day out. Eventually we all get tired of serving the same dishes over and over again. I'm always interested in finding new ways to shake up my recipe repertoire, so keema sounds like a great way to introduce new tastes into mealtimes.

Take a look at this fun video featuring Stacey Solomon and chef Nisha Katona as they prepare the keema for a delicious twist on a shepherd's pie. Nisha gives Stacey some great tips about how to incorporate keema and different spices into dishes in a way that the whole family will love. I'm excited to try this!

Keema can be used to create delicious pasta dishes, as a topping for jacket potatoes, or to create shepherd's pie with a twist. It also freezes well so you can save portions to serve throughout the week. This is a definite timesaver and it makes it easier to serve home cooked meals more often.
