Recently, the lovely people at Mål Paper sent me their Daily Goal Setter Planner and invited me to share my thoughts on it. I was excited to do so because I love stationery and I love planners. I’m forever making lists or writing things down, so this was right up my alley!
The word Mål, pronounced 'mo-l', means goal in Swedish. This is a very appropriate name because this wonderfully designed planner gives you tools to point you towards your goals. I love that the planner is undated, which puts the power into your hands. The world is your oyster!
The other features that I love are:
• Information on how to set goals, become more productive and practice gratitude
• Space to write down affirmations and to express my gratitude
• An area to write down my long-term, medium-term and short-term goals
• Daily, weekly, monthly views to create my to do lists
• And last, but not least, it’s lovely to look at and it feels good in my hands…it’s substantial and durable

The Daily Goal Setter Planner is one of my new favourite things. I especially love the gratitude section, because it helps me focus on the things that matter in my life. I love that this is at the top of the page where I can set the tone for my day by thinking of what I’m grateful for. This is a good grounding practice as it gets me in the right frame of mind as I go forward with my day.
